Exploring single vineyard champagne with Thomas Lombard

Join Thomas Lombard, 4th generation producer and CEO of Champagne Lombard for a tasting  of his site specific champagnes from the Cote des Blancs. Based in Epernay, the house of Lombard  is supplied by 60 ha of vineyards which undergo a rigorous parcel selection process. They have released a selection of single vineyard champagnes, most of which are brut nature. Thomas will talk us through the move to terroir driven cuvees insetad of blending from the entire region, as well as tasting the Brut Nature Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru.
