6.30PM: Champagne trail tasting at Madame Claude Enjoy thirty cuvées, tasting from Reims to the Côte des Bar. Canapés prepared by Chef Louis Paquelin. 8:30PM Dinner @ Les Ducs Four courses paired to mystery champagne wines followed by the Blessing of the Brioche
